Beginnings*

SASSI TASTE was born in the kitchens of Villa Sassi, Turin — a place where hospitality, food culture and attention to detail have long been part of everyday life.

 

From the very beginning, the project has been guided by Executive Chef Alessandro Braga, whose culinary direction shapes a cuisine that is elegant, functional and deeply rooted in quality ingredients and balance.

 

The development and positioning of the brand are coordinated by the marketing team of Sassi Collective – Gourmet in Villa, ensuring that every element — from menu design to storytelling — expresses a clear vision: food not just as nourishment, but as a daily experience of energy, awareness and long-term wellbeing.

Guided by Executive Chef Alessandro Braga, the team brings together experience, precision and a shared vision of contemporary hospitality. Each member contributes to a kitchen culture built on discipline, collaboration and attention to detail, where every dish is the result of method, sensitivity and purpose. The goal is not only to serve food, but to craft a consistent experience that reflects quality, balance and care in every phase — from preparation to presentation.

Mixology as art

The mixology experience is curated by Cloud 9, the American Bar of Villa Sassi, where research, balance and creativity meet. Each drink is designed to complement the SASSI TASTE philosophy — clean, refined and purposeful — turning every cocktail into an extension of the food experience and a moment of conscious indulgence.
